- Your server runs in its own environment, with its own reserved memory and CPU. Others cannot affect you, nor see your files.
- We answer ourselves
- No middleman: the machines are ours and whoever answers is whoever looks after them.
The usual questions.
- How long until it is ready?
- Minutes. As soon as the payment clears, your server sets itself up and we email you. If we are in high demand we tell you BEFORE you pay, not after.
- Can I change size later?
- Yes, and without losing your game. Moving up applies immediately; moving down needs a brief stop, because the reserved memory has to shrink.
- What if I want to cancel?
- Whenever you like, from your panel. There is no lock-in and the server keeps running until the end of the month you already paid for.
- How many can play at once on DayZ?
- As many as your plan says. Pick by the real size of your group: paying for slots you will not fill is throwing money away.
