This is a courtesy translation. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails, as BEWTOC CORBI SL is a Spanish company and this site is governed by Spanish law.
This policy explains which personal data we process, what for, on what legal basis and for how long, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Act 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. What data we process
- Identification and contact: name, email address.
- Billing: company or personal name, tax ID, registered address, phone number.
- Payment: handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store card numbers; we only keep a customer identifier from the payment gateway, plus the amount, date and outcome of each charge.
- Service usage: servers you have, their state, resource usage and the technical logs needed to run them.
- Support: the content of the conversations you send us.
- Connection: IP address and technical access data, for security.

We do not send marketing communications and we do not share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.
4. Who else processes your data
We work with providers who process data on our behalf, under a signed data processing agreement:

When you choose to host your server outside the European Union, your service data will be processed at that location. Those transfers are covered by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent where it is the basis for processing, by writing to hello@host4play.com.
We will reply within one month at the latest. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
7. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit, isolation between customers, permission-based access control, and two-step verification available for your account.
Each server runs in its own environment, with its own user and its resources separated from those of other customers.
